Crepes are in the air as Molly’s Crepe Escape Catering Food Truck looks forward to another amazing year at the Carbondale Mountain Fair, July 27, 28, 29 at Sopris Park.
This is our fifth year of turning fresh, handcrafted, sweet and savoury crepes for Mountain Fair goers. We’ll be bringing our catering Food Truck up from Taos, New Mexico to supply tasty delectables that will sustain visitors and volunteers throughout the eventful weekend. Sweet or savoury crepes along with a cold drink always hit the spot. This year try pairing the new Cross Pollination Mountain Fair Beer with one of our savoury crepes for a unique Carbondale crepe culinary experience.
Carbondale Arts presents the 47th annual Carbondale Mountain Fair on July 27, 28 & 29 in Sopris Park. The Mountain Fair celebrates all forms of artistic expression with non-stop entertainment, fantastic food, and a wide range of arts and crafts. It a good time for everyone!
The Roaring Fork Beer Company has brewed the official Mountain Fair beer, always something light and summery and this year RFBC is the exclusive beer provider for the Cantina. They will be providing two exclusive Mountain Fair beers including one extra special brew , Cross Pollination, a Hibiscus and Lime Blonde Ale, created together with Odell Brewing.

Language is not a barrier as international participants share what they know, learn to communicate with their markets, and develop their marketing strategies. Nobel laureate and financier, Muhammad Yunus, is at the Market to see how these entrepreneurs maintain their folk art traditions and use it to change lives in their communities.
Molly’s Crepe Escape is excited to be part of such an energized event and will be located, again this year, in the International Food Bazaar.

We’re getting ready for the International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe from July 13-15th. 2018 is the Art Market’s 15th year and the focus is on fashion. More than 20 booths will have wearable art under the auspices of Wear Your Impact, sponsored by Donna Karan and her Urban Zen Foundation. Molly’s Crepe Escape is happy to be participating in the International Folk Art Market for the past dozen years! Come celebrate, support, and help preserve folk art traditions from around the world, while enjoying a sweet or savory crepe and a cold drink, without leaving New Mexico.
The Telluride Bluegrass Festival has been held in the box canyon since 1973 and Molly’s Crepe Escape catering food truck has been part of the celebration for the past six festivals. This 45th annual celebration, is June 21st-24th during the summer solstice and has a magical feel with Sturgill Simpson, the legendary Emmylou Harris, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Leftover Salmon, and Sam Bush to name a few. The line-up also includes Tedeschi Trucks Band, The Del McCoury Band, I’m With Her: Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz & Aoife O’Donovan, Greensky Bluegrass, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Telluride Troubadour, Punch Brothers, and many more.
Today, Molly’s Crepe Escape catering food truck is up and ready to greet the surge of fans coming to the Telluride Bluegrass Festival for an epic weekend of music, friends, and an all around good time.
Here at the festival we hope to see many of our old friends who have made the pilgrimage to the Telluride box canyon for these four inspirational days. Molly’s Crepe Escape Crepe Crew 45th Telluride Bluegrass Festival 2018
Taos Ski Valley is moving forward with upgrades and the development is evident throughout the valley from the opening of the Kachina Peak lift to the development of the base area.
As you all know last year Molly’s Crepe Escape, opened a location in the TSV Base Area, in addition to our On-Slope location where we serve our legendary fresh, made-to-order, sweet and savory crepes as well as artisan chocolates. While the resort upgrades, so do we and we look forward to growing in TSV.
Our base area location provides the best place to eat in Taos on-slope and in the base area with our casual, relaxed, takeout atmosphere. In addition to our signature hearty, made-to-order, sweet and savory crepes we also have bottled still and sparkling water, assorted sodas, and hot drinks. Our base area location also has a wide selection of aritisan chocolates, groumet coffee, and fruit smoothies.
Next season, the resort will open a new hotel in the base area which will bring more new retail shops and services to the resort. Saw this article on what is happening in TSV and thought it to be of interest to all of us working to make TSV the number one ski destination!
